Adrienne Muhammad

My own journey with intermittent fasting taught me firsthand how powerful the right relationship with food can be — and it sparked a deep desire to share that with others.

My mission is simple: to help people live happier, healthier lives through education, empowerment, and sustainable change that lasts.

Because feeling good shouldn't be complicated. And you don't have to figure it out alone.

Food has always been more than nourishment — it's medicine, connection, and a pathway to living well.

AATI Nutrition stands for Adrienne Aspires to Inspire — and that's exactly what drives everything we do here.

As a Functional Nutrition Counselor and passionate student of How to Eat to Live, I combine evidence-based nutritional science with holistic health practices to help clients uncover what's truly driving imbalance in their bodies.

About Us

Our Philosophy

  • Understanding the Whole Person: Functional Nutrition looks at your complete health story — diet, sleep, stress, environment, and even mindset. Every recommendation is bioindividual, meaning tailored specifically to you.

  • Addressing the Terrain: Symptoms are signals. I focus on the terrain — the internal and external environment that allowed those symptoms to appear.

  • Educating and Empowering: Knowledge is healing. I teach clients how to interpret their body’s messages and make informed choices to restore balance.

  • Bridging the Gap: Functional Nutrition fills the gap between traditional medicine and day-to-day living, helping you apply nutritional science in a practical, sustainable way.
